Pacific Fair is a high profile shopping centre at the Gold Coast, and the time constraints were of major importance on this contract. Once the decision was made to proceed with this project, it was immediately fast tracked to allow tenants to gain access. Variations of some large tenancy fit outs were requested later and our team still delivered quality completion ahead of time.
