This project involved the refurbishment of the base building electrical and communication system and an 18 floor fitout for the Westpac Bank.

The building remained occupied throughout the refurbishment, meaning innovational work procedures and adherence to a strict timetable requiring handing over a completed floor before commencing a new level. Early works included installing a new data room complete with new essential supplied, UPS management and generator backup. This centre is the information hub for all Westpac bank outlets in Queensland and Northern New South Wales.
